Fucking China !!!
I'm hoping to move to Blogger and Duddie tells me that he can't see my v5.kazzuya.com if its hosted on a Blogger server.
Today I found out that actually "all things blog" are banned in China. Blog is a bad word for China.. and I thought that blog was a stupid word (people speaking out: big deal.. how hard is it to speak out ?? (unless you live in China or something)).
I don't mean to be racist, but Chinese government really sucks. Censorship is generally bad, and at this level it is just evil.
Some say that China will take over the World.. I say that I have doubts on that. Because China as it is, can't possibly have more influence in the world without having its own people access the world without imposing limits on knowledge.
If Duddie or any other person living in China wants to access the new version of my site, he/she can either ask some kid to setup a proxy to get rid of the Great Naziwall of China, or I can try to find a way around it.. but, really, just ignore and boycott China. Like I would do (and to some extent, do) with Italy.

Countries like those have no reason to exist anymore.
Maybe they'll get better.. and then maybe I'll reconsider my position. But it's not happening anytime soon.
Anyhow I found a site with some info on how to possibly unblock Blogspot and Wordpress.com... does it work ?
I could give up on Blogspot but then what if someday I mention Tibet by mistake ? What if some censoring script (or human-monkey) culls out my site just because it's running on Wordpress on a custom domain ?
China should be completely ignored and left in the dark.. forget business, there is no excuse for dictatorship.
Here is some reminder, I remember watching this on TV 20 years ago.. we were all cheering for the students.
Some put a lot of effort into bettering their own country. I say that it's better to leave and go to a better place.

China's been around for
China's been around for thousands of years ... possibly even longer than some countries in Europe, I don't think it will instantaneously vanish overnight. 8P
Speaking of personal "freedoms" overall and worldwide ... just do the thing that is considered "wrong" in the eyes of whatever government and watch all your rights, etc vanish. Ultimately we all are subject to the laws (whether they're just or not is another story) of whatever nation we happen to find ourselves in.
China probably won't get ignored because there's simply too much money to be made there and made having some form of trade relationship with the country; it's just reality.
I think blogspot is blocked by China because Google had refused to censor it's information. I'm not sure about Wordpress.com though ...

Google along with Microsoft and any other company that wants a future in China, has accepted to run censored.
Blogger is a different issue.. it's an open place by definition. China blocks a lot of blogs apparently.. it just can't stand people talking.. this is completely opposed to my view of things.. censorship is not just wrong, it's plain evil.
China is still pretty much running on slavery.. it will all end once The Matrix has been defeated 8)
