I hope your comment is a sarcastic one 8P ..after my long explanation in the previous post !!

Anyhow this is to be considered a version 0.1 as it's lacking the basic commenting feature.

The problem with PicasaWeb is that it's hard to keep track of comments. Some pictures are more interesting and can potentially spark a nice exchange, some are not, but with a 100 pictures in display, one has to browse them continually to see if there are any new comments.
Album owners get an optional updates on new comments received, but commenters don't... so comments on PicasaWeb are too dispersive.
Not to mention that one has to have a google account to post a comment (I believe)

Another problem is that PicasaWeb drives traffic away from my "precious" site.. but it's also very tight on space. In fact I currently only have 43MB left !!! So, I've basically been forced to stop using it.

As far as implementing comments on pictures here...
I'm thinking about numbering pictures and maybe adding a "add comment" next to each picture.
A comment would then be a standard message like this one, only the subject would have the picture number, or even the picture's thumbnail.
So kind of like a flat view for the whole album...

What do you think ?
