Recently I am rediscovering things that back in their times did not look so good but they fit into those days perfectly. First I found some CDs with VHS to very lousy DivX conversion of Profit TV Series from 1996. This series was very good back then but from the perspective it really shows greed and corruption of current corporate stuff even more. This series was canceled after very short filming (one season) but if this series would be done nowadays it would gather a lot of viewers. I wish I could get it somewhere on DVD because it is amazing.
Another thing I have discovered in my music collection is an album from 1993 Leila K - Carousel. Back then it was fairly popular for some of it songs. But within last 15 years the music changed and this album is even more appealing. I have fallen in love with the 7th song of the album called "Pyramid". It is just good...
I just believe that there are many things that are ahead of their times and they just do not gain a popularity at the moment they are released and later on they become some kind of cult and classic. This shows that authors of those things were just born too early...
