Most livable city in the world should be the one that most people want to live :) At least in my opinion... what attracts people to big cities like New York, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo.... ??? I dunno, but if 20 million people are willing to live there then those cities must be livable :)

ps. mediawiki syntax sucks; it won't accept [url... ] since it takes the _ as a space somehow and the url doesn't work.
Install TinyMCE imo :) just uploaded the pic to imageshack, and same shit happens, either this sucks or I do :p
"Filtered HTML" won't take it either. Maybe I'm restricted about posting urls?
